Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree: A valid Bachelor’s degree obtained from a recognized university.

  • Computer Skills: Fundamental knowledge of computers, including proficiency in MS Office applications, email operations, and internet browsing for professional tasks.

Age Limit

Minimum Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old, ensuring maturity and the ability to take on responsibilities.

Maximum Age Limit: Applicants must be no older than 30 years, ensuring energy, adaptability, and the physical and mental capabilities for the role.

Exam Pattern

Selection Stages

  • Objective Written Test
    The test will cover subjects such as General English, Aptitude, and General Knowledge to assess the candidate’s basic language skills, logical reasoning, and awareness of current affairs.
  • Computer Knowledge Test
    This test evaluates the candidate’s familiarity with basic computer operations, software applications, and technical proficiency necessary for the job role.
  • English Typing Test
    Candidates are required to type at a speed of 35 words per minute (w.p.m.), demonstrating their proficiency in typing accuracy and speed in the English language.
  • Descriptive Test
    The test will include sections on Comprehension, Precis writing, and Essay Writing, testing the candidate’s ability to understand, summarize, and articulate ideas clearly and coherently in written form.
  • Interview
    Shortlisted candidates will undergo a personal interview where their communication skills, personality, and suitability for the role will be assessed by the panel.
  • Document Verification
    Candidates’ documents, including educational qualifications, identity proof, and other relevant certificates, will be verified for authenticity.
  • Medical Examination
    A medical check-up will be conducted to ensure candidates meet the physical and health standards required for the position.

Syllabus

General English
This section tests grammar, vocabulary, synonyms, antonyms, and idioms. It also includes sentence structure to assess overall language proficiency.

General Aptitude

General Knowledge
This section covers national and international affairs, Indian culture, history, science, and geography. It tests the candidate’s awareness of current events and general facts.

Descriptive Test
The test includes essay writing, précis writing, and comprehension. It evaluates the ability to articulate thoughts and summarize written material effectively.
